A huge stainless steel abstract geometric Metal Blue Whale Sculpture comes into our sight. It is made of 304 stainless steel material with a brushed surface.
It has a huge tail and two fins, a big mouth, standing on the beach, swimming, very spectacular, used for decoration, this is a custom project for our customers.
Our Metal Blue Whale Sculpture is welded from 2mm thick metal stainless steel sheets. There is a metal skeleton inside the sculpture. This sculpture is very strong and durable. Of course, we can also use other materials to customize this sculpture for you, such as brass, bronze, resin, fiberglass, marble, iron, etc.
Of course, each material has its advantages and disadvantages. Metal material is heavy, but the sculptures made from it are very artistic and modern. Resin material is very light, but it is not strong enough and easy to break. So when choosing materials, you can consult us for suggestions on materials first, and then choose to place an order.
When we started to create this Metal Blue Whale Sculpture, the first thing we thought of was environmental protection, because in today’s society, few people have the concept of protecting the environment, and as time goes by, the environment of our home planet has been severely damaged by humans, and the temperature of the environment we live in is also rising. The entire environment in which we live is threatened, so we have to design such a blue whale sculpture to enhance people’s environmental awareness. When everyone sees this sculpture, they will think of protecting the environment, protecting marine life, starting with themselves.
Secondly, we ourselves have a heart to protect the environment, and we always think about what kind of design can be used to awaken more people to protect animals, plants, and the environment around us. We think of many design points all day long, including animal sculptures, human sculptures, and so on. We will add design elements of environmental protection topics into our designs. It is what we have always pursued to convey environmental protection concepts through sculptures.
1. Discuss with clients the specific pictures of metal stainless steel sculptures and the theme and style of metal sculptures to determine the preliminary design direction.
2. Sketches and design drawings of the sculptures: our 3D modeling team makes 3D drawings or sketches to create detailed design drawings.
3. After receiving the 3D drawings confirmed by the customer: our Onlyart Sculpture Factory uses laser cutting, plasma cutting or water jet cutting technology for precision cutting processing to cut the stainless steel material into the required shape and size.
4. Welding: we use laser welding or argon arc welding to weld and assemble the cut stainless steel sculpture pieces together, so that the general model outline of the stainless steel sculpture is revealed. Stainless steel metal sheets are prone to deformation during welding, but our Onlyart Sculpture Factory can solve this problem of welding deformation.
5. Grinding and polishing: Grind the welding parts and surfaces to remove welding marks and defects.
6. Install embedded parts at the bottom of the sculpture: Sometimes customers put the stainless steel sculpture directly on the ground, so there is no need to install embedded parts at the bottom of the sculpture. Many customers need to weld it to the cement floor, so we need to make embedded parts.
7.Such stainless steel sculptures are ready-made from conception to finished product.
It takes about 30 working days to complete the sculpture and deliver it.
As a handicraft sculpture, it is purely handmade by our artists and is generally delivered within 30 working days after the 3D model is confirmed.
Stainless steel sculptures are generally packed with soft waterproof foam and blanket inside, and packed with sturdy wooden boxes outside, specially for sea freight export, just ready to arrive at your seaport.
Small sculptures or life-size sculptures can be shipped by air or train in fumigation-free full-cover boxes, any courier is OK, such as DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx, door-to-door delivery, about 8-10 days can arrive directly at your door.

For every sculpture order from our factory, we will buy cargo transportation insurance for you during transportation, so you don’t have to worry about the safety of the goods.
