Hotel sculptures are more than just decorations; they are the essence of a hotel’s identity, setting the tone for the guest experience. Our collection of sculptures covers every corner of the hotel, from the grand lobby to the cozy guest rooms and pleasant outdoor spaces, seamlessly integrating to elevate your hotel’s style.
Lobby Sculptures
The lobby is a guest’s first impression of the hotel. Our lobby sculptures aim to create a memorable impression. Large, eye-catching sculptures are ideal for the lobby’s centerpiece. For example, a majestic abstract sculpture made of polished stainless steel can become a visual focal point, attracting guests with its flowing lines and modern charm. For hotels with a more traditional or luxurious style, a classic-style statue, such as a marble sculpture, exudes elegance and sophistication. These sculptures not only beautify the space but also create an atmosphere of solemnity and warmth.
Guest Room Sculptures
Guest rooms should provide a comfortable and relaxing place to rest. Our guest room sculptures aim to add personality to the rooms. Delicate and small sculptures, such as hand-carved wooden figurines or modern metal wall hangings, can be placed on bedside tables or hung on the walls. These sculptures can be themed to match the overall décor of the rooms. For example, a beach-themed room could feature a seashell sculpture, while a city-view room could be paired with an abstract urban-themed sculpture. They lend a unique and personalized atmosphere to the space, making guests feel right at home.
Restaurant and Bar Sculptures
The hotel’s restaurants and bars are places for guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Our carefully selected sculptures aim to enhance the dining and social experience. For fine dining restaurants, a sculpture that reflects the origin or style of the cuisine would be an excellent choice. For example, a French restaurant might display a bronze sculpture depicting a vineyard scene. In a trendy bar, a modern and avant-garde sculpture, such as a kinetic artwork with moving parts, can create a dynamic and captivating atmosphere, drawing guests to linger.
Hotel Outdoor Sculptures
The hotel’s outdoor spaces, such as gardens, terraces, or pool areas, can be transformed into oases with the right sculptures. Large, weather-resistant sculptures, such as metal tree sculptures or life-size animal statues, can become the visual focal point of the hotel gardens. A water-related sculpture by the pool, such as a mermaid or dolphin-shaped fountain, can add a touch of whimsy and relaxation. These outdoor sculptures not only beautify the environment but also provide guests with memorable photo opportunities and a sense of connection with nature.
Sculptures for Banquet and Event Spaces
Hotel banquet and event spaces host a variety of gatherings, from weddings to business meetings. Our sculptures designed for these spaces can adapt to different event needs. Modular sculptures that can be flexibly combined to fit the space layout are ideal. A group of geometric metal sculptures can be combined in different ways to create a unique backdrop for weddings or corporate presentations. These sculptures add a touch of style and sophistication to any event, leaving guests with unforgettable memories.
Our hotel sculpture collection offers a wide selection of materials, styles, and sizes to meet the diverse needs of hotels. Whether you want to create a luxurious, modern, or themed atmosphere, our sculptures are the perfect choice to enhance the hotel’s aesthetics and create unforgettable experiences for your guests.
Welcome to purchase sculptures from our Sunlitea Sculpture Factory for your hotel.
Our understanding of hotel sculptures at Sunlitea is based on the division of each functional area within the hotel. For example, a sculpture needs to be placed at the hotel’s front entrance, as well as in the hotel’s backyard, gym, restaurant, lobby, walls, corridors, and so on. We categorize hotel sculptures into many types, and of course, there are many more that we haven’t designed yet.

A. Initial Positioning: Aligning with Hotel Style and Avoiding Dissonance
1. Matching Hotel Positioning and Spatial Scene
High-end five-star/resort/intercontinental hotels: Primarily use stainless steel, bronze sculptures, stone, and sandstone, with simple, elegant, and subtly luxurious artistic styles;
Business budget hotels: Small resin and fiberglass sculptures, cost-effective, with clean lines;
B&B/cultural tourism themed hotels: IP characters, regional cultural reliefs, and wood sculptures are suitable;
Differentiating Placement Areas: Lobby main sculptures, elevator lobby decorations, corridor wall decorations, guest room ornaments, and outdoor sculptures by the pool have completely different size and waterproofing requirements.
2. Controlling Visual Focus and Avoiding Obstruction of Traffic Flow
Lobby main sculptures should not block the reception desk, elevator entrances, or fire exits; corridor sculptures should be wide enough to allow for passage, and low-profile to avoid bumping into guests.
3. Cultural Compliance and Avoiding Pitfalls
International hotels should avoid using sensitive figures and religious sculptures; local hotels should prioritize adapting to local culture and avoid using bizarre or frightening shapes to prevent discomfort to guests.

B. Material Selection (The Core of Hotel Design, Divided into Indoor/Outdoor)
1. Advantages and Disadvantages of Commonly Used Indoor Materials
304 Stainless Steel: The first choice for understated luxury, with mirror/brushed/sandblasted finishes. Moisture-proof and rust-free, suitable for lobbies and elevator areas; however, it has a higher budget, and mirrored finishes are prone to fingerprints, requiring regular cleaning.
Brass/Forged Copper/Cast Copper: Exclusively for high-end hotels, with a retro and heavy feel. Oxidation will form verdigris, suitable for Chinese and modern Chinese style hotels; expensive and heavy, requiring reinforced flooring.
Fiberglass (FRP): The king of cost-effectiveness, can be made into any shape, lightweight, and available in a variety of colors; disadvantages: yellows with long-term exposure to sunlight, suitable only for indoor use. Outdoor applications require a thicker coating and UV protection.
Natural Stone (Marble, White Jade, Granite): High-end and stable, wear-resistant, and waterproof; extremely heavy, cannot be placed on floors with insufficient load-bearing capacity, easily damaged by bumps and knocks, and difficult to repair.
Resin Ornaments: Small tabletops and guest room decorations, inexpensive and lightweight, but with a cheap feel, unsuitable for main lobby installations.
2. Mandatory Requirements for Outdoor Sculptures
Swimming pools, courtyards, and entrance sculptures must meet the following requirements:
Prioritize 316 stainless steel (resistant to chloride ions, rainwater, and pool moisture; essential for coastal hotels);
Fiberglass outdoor models must have a thickened shell with three layers of UV-resistant and sun-protective paint;
Cast bronze for corrosion protection and stone for a waterproof protective layer; Ordinary indoor fiberglass sculptures must not be placed directly outdoors, as they will crack and fade within 1-2 years.
C. Size, Proportion, Load-Bearing Capacity, and Lighting Matching
1. Size and Proportion Reference:
Standard Lobby (Ceiling Height: Approximately 3m): Main sculpture height 1.2–1.8m;
Atrium (6m+):2.5–4m large installation;
Leave space for photos; Sculpture width should not exceed 1/3 of the lobby’s horizontal space to avoid a cramped appearance.
2. Floor Load-Bearing Capacity is Paramount (Easily Overlooked):
Bronze and stone sculptures are extremely heavy. Provide drawings to the hotel’s engineering department before ordering to confirm the floor’s load-bearing capacity. For overweight sculptures, a thickened steel frame base and floor reinforcement are required to prevent settlement and cracking.
3. Integrated Lighting Design:
For large sculptures, it is recommended to simultaneously install embedded floor lights, wall washers, and built-in light strips. Have the manufacturer pre-install wiring holes during procurement; adding lights later will damage the sculpture’s surface.
4. Base Matching: Marble and metal bases are custom-made simultaneously. Drainage holes are pre-installed in the base (for outdoor models) to prevent water accumulation and corrosion of the sculpture’s base.
