Our refund and return policy is valid for 15 days. If it is more than 15 days after your purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a full refund or exchange.
Exchanges

Return Shipping
To return an item, please contact us at Info@sunlitea.com and mail your sculpture to: 073100 Baoding Huaishunian Quyang, Hebei China.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to arrive to you may vary.
If you are returning a higher-priced item, you may consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned merchandise.
